The unique, claw-grip design has built-in side handles, made to grip securely with two hands, giving more exercise options.
The claw-grip side handles can also be used to grip securely when spotting a lift with a training partner.
The handles are also designed as an attachment for resistance bands to hook onto, providing extra resistance for variable resistance training.
The main 35mm dumbbell handles are thicker in the centre for a stronger, more secure grip, tapering to 28mm towards each end of the bar to centre each hand grip.
Each dumbbell is powder coated with two layers of paint, for an extra durable deep coating, providing a grippy cast iron finish.
